Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policy

Shipping, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy:

DUE TO TECH TIME AND THE SHIPPING/HANDLING COSTS INCURRED WITH EACH ORDER - ALL RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR PARTIAL REFUNDS.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your return must be approved by our company.  All items must be returned in the same condition. The return must include all items that were shipped with your original order.  If approved, you must return the item within 7 days of delivery.  PLEASE NOTE: The 20% restocking, a 5.4% processing fee and all original shipping fees will not be refunded, see details below.    

  1. Please email info@refitradio.com to request a return and refund.  If your return is approved we will assign shipping instructions.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to a return.  In addition, if you accepted our free shipping offer we will deduct the shipping and handling costs we incurred to deliver the order from your refund.

Return Exceptions

Radios and related equipment that have been damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee 

If you decline an exchange or credit there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover lost revenue and tech time, this will be deducted from your refund on the original order.  

Returns and Credit Card / Website Processing Fees

In addition to the 20% restocking fee, if you purchased your item with a credit card we will deduct and additional 5.4% from the refund to cover the processing costs we are charged.  The breakdown for of the 5.4% is as follows: 3.4% for credit card processing and 2% for website processing fee.  If you get permission to return items outside the 7 day window, the restocking fee will be 40%, all other fees remain the same.  

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately, all cancelation requests need to sent to info@refitradio.com within 12 hours.  If we ship your order the refund will not include shipping and credit card costs we incurred and may result in a 20% restocking fee.  

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to an exchange.
